Scott runs our awesome Service Desk and drives much of our process improvement. Among other things, the most notable changes have led to a drastically improved response time for our clients while maintaining a greater than 97% customer satisfaction. When not being a process nerd at work, he is a regular nerd at home enjoying everything from video games, Lego, and tabletop role playing games.
