RFID Tracking Delivers Insights into Attendee Behavior
at Conferences
NEW YORK (November 22, 2005) — Jack
Morton Worldwide recently worked with Austin, Texas based Alliance
Tech, Inc. to provide a radio frequency identification (RFID) Attendee
Tracking solution for a leading software client’s annual conference.
Alliance Tech provides software solutions that allow an organization
to electronically measure the effectiveness of their meetings, conferences
and events.
“We were pleased to partner with Alliance Tech given their
experience and ability to leverage the latest technology, including
RFID, to measure event effectiveness for a large conference,” said
Christine Kiesling, Account Director, Jack Morton Worldwide.
Alliance Tech’s RFID Attendee Tracking solution tracked, captured
and analyzed the behavior of the thousands of conference attendees.
Each attendee was tracked through a unique identification number.
These reports provided event managers Marketing Performance Measurements
(MPM) that allowed them to understand the effectiveness of their event
and quantify a Return on Investment (ROI).
“Customers are now looking beyond attendance numbers. They
want to know more about how attendees’ spend their time,” said
Roger Lewis, Vice President of Alliance Tech. “We are thrilled
that Jack Morton selected Alliance Tech, allowing us to demonstrate
the strategic significance of Alliance Tech’s RFID Attendee
Tracking. The reports produced from our solution provided our clients
a unique understanding of attendee behavior, preferences and satisfaction
levels that translated to a clearer picture of ROI.”
