As an entrepreneur and high tech industry executive, Mr. Borrego has played leadership roles at start-up companies as well as publicly traded corporations.  Art is the driving force behind Alliance Tech's leadership and positioning in the emerging event metrics and analysis segment of the business intelligence market.

Prior to co-founding Alliance Tech, Mr. Borrego co-founded and was CEO of Team Tech International, a professional services firm, from 1995 to 2000.  Team Tech made the Inc. 500 list in 2000 and was acquired that same year by a New York based public corporation.  Mr. Borrego previously spent 9 years at IBM and held various management roles in product development, global product management, as well as channel and partner management.  Art earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at El Paso.

Roger Lewis

Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Mr. Lewis is the executive vice president of sales and marketing for Alliance Tech.  He is responsible for business development, marketing and revenue growth.  Under his design and execution of sales he has lead Alliance Tech to be the number one provider of event business intelligence metrics for Fortune 500 companies.  Mr. Lewis has 15 years of sales and experiential marketing experience.  He is a veteran meeting professional analyst and an acclaimed speaker for utilizing technologies such as RFID to measure and understand marketing performance metrics.

Alliance Tech is Mr. Lewis' second start up venture.  His first, Team Tech International, obtained double digit growth in five years under his sales leadership and was acquired in 2000.  Mr. Lewis has been recognized by Inc. 500 and The Austin Business Journal for leading one of the country's fastest growing companies which placed 148 on the Inc. 500 list.  Prior to Team Tech International, Mr. Lewis enjoyed a 12-year career with IBM, gaining a wealth of sales management and technology experience.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana, and MBA training from the University of Houston and IBM.

Tim Blackwood

Mr. Blackwood has quickly established an infrastructure for the smooth and successful delivery of solutions to our customers along with proven processes that position the company for scalable growth.  Prior to AllianceTech, Mr. Blackwood served in the same capacity in the growth of Team Tech. After the company was acquired in 2000, Mr. Blackwood became Vice President of Operations for the Western Region of the public company.

Mr. Blackwood holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and enjoyed a 10-year career with IBM working with ISV product development and marketing organizations as well as Fortune 500 accounts. Within the events industry, Tim is recognized as a technology expert and has delivered presentations, seminars and courses on the subject worldwide.
